Returns & Exchanges


If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong or missing item) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information. Postage incurred will be borne by us.

Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders), 20
days (international orders) from order fulfilment.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours.
