I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your email’s junk or spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation email from us. If you are unable to find it in your email’s junk or spam folder, please contact us for assistance.

REGARDING MY ORDER STATUS

Your order is pending until payment is received. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Your order is completed once dispatched from our office and tracking information will be sent to you via email.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not accept any change or cancellation of orders once the order has been placed and payment has been made.

We currently do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds
due to hygiene reasons.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES LISTED IN?

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default, you will make the payment in SGD during checkout as well.
