WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We are based in Singapore and we do not have a physical store at the moment. Do shop online at your convenience as we ship worldwide.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your email’s junk or spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation email from us. If you are unable to find it in your email’s junk or spam folder, please contact us for assistance.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES LISTED IN?

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default, you will make the payment in SGD during checkout as well.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not accept any change or cancellation of orders once the order has been placed and payment has been made.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We currently do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds
due to hygiene reasons.

In the unlikely event that the item received is not identical to your order (wrong or missing item), please contact us at info@infreeland.co with your order number as well as the return information within 3 days upon receiving the item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Keep your jewellery at a dry and cool place at all times. Avoid exposure to salty air, humidity, perspiration, chlorine, sulphur, cosmetics, household bleach and other chemicals.

After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, clean cloth and store in a cool, dry place. We recommend that you store them in airtight zipper bag provided to prevent oxidation.
